There are two ballot questions on the November 7 ballot.

Question 1 asks : Should the current operating levy be renewed in the amount fo $1,527.67 per pupil for 10 years beginning in 2018?   Passage of this referendum extends an existing operation referendum at the same amount per pupil as in the previous year.  Taxpayers would not see an increase in their property taxes. 

Question 2 asks: Should a capital projects levy of $1,000,000 a year for 10 years beginning in 2017 be approved to fund technology equipment, infrastructure, upgrades, and services?  Having these dollars available for technology needs will free up some state funding currently being used for technology. The freed up funds would then be used to address security, building maintenance etc.  Passage of this referendum will result in an increase in taxpayer property taxes.
